Data Processing Addendum
Standard contractual terms governing how Voltique processes personal data on behalf of enterprise clients. Version 1.1 · Effective 21 August 2026.
Overview
This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) supplements the Voltique Terms & Conditions and applies where Voltique processes personal data on behalf of a business customer acting as a data controller.
This DPA is intended to satisfy the requirements of Article 28 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, and equivalent data processing agreement requirements under applicable privacy law.
