Quotes are estimates and may change based on availability, logistics, tariffs, manufacturer pricing, and market conditions.

All quotes provided by Voltique — including those generated by our AI concierge, Christy Solberg — are subject to hardware availability confirmation and are valid for 48 hours unless otherwise stated in writing.

Pricing is quoted in USD. Large-volume orders may be subject to revised pricing based on current manufacturer pricing, freight costs, and market conditions at time of invoice.

Orders become binding after confirmation and payment acceptance. Voltique reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders where permitted by law.

Standard payment terms: 50% deposit required to reserve inventory; balance due prior to shipment. Full prepayment may be required for first-time clients.

We accept wire transfer (ACH/SWIFT), USDC, and approved credit instruments for verified enterprise accounts.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of cryptocurrency mining equipment, hardware sourcing, international logistics, custom procurement, and market volatility, Voltique LLC does not provide refunds after purchase.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify Voltique within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting evidence. Manufacturer warranty procedures may apply where available.

Order cancellations are not guaranteed after payment has been received.

Except as expressly provided by the manufacturer, Voltique LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uptime, profitability, mining performance, or future cryptocurrency returns.

Cryptocurrency mining involves substantial risk. Voltique does not guarantee profitability, revenue generation, equipment performance under specific environmental conditions, or return on investment.

All content, trademarks, logos, product descriptions, and software remain the property of Voltique LLC or its licensors.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Voltique content without express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voltique's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the invoice value of the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Voltique is not liable for lost profits, downtime, mining revenue loss, or indirect damages of any kind.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States.

Nothing in these Terms limits either party's right to seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
