Voltique LLC operates the ShopVoltique website and Voltique mobile application. We collect account information, contact details, quotation requests, transaction records, and shipping information when you use our platform.

When you interact with our AI concierge, Christy Solberg, conversation transcripts may be retained to improve response quality and for compliance purposes.

Cryptocurrency Wallet Addresses

When you pay in cryptocurrency, we record the wallet address the payment came from. We use it to match your payment to your order, to issue refunds, and to meet sanctions screening obligations that apply to us. You should know that blockchain transactions are public and permanent. The record of a payment moving from your wallet to ours sits on a public ledger that we do not control and cannot change. If you ask us to delete your personal data, we will remove the wallet address from our own systems where we are able to, but we cannot remove the record from the blockchain, because nobody can. We would rather tell you that plainly than promise a deletion we cannot perform.
